SHIPPING POLICY

At Shimmer Bright, we take pride in manufacturing high-quality lamps and ensuring they arrive safely and on time. Please review our shipping policy below for details on processing, delivery, and handling.

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Custom lamp orders or made-to-order designs may require 5–10 additional business days depending on complexity.

You will receive an order confirmation email followed by a shipping notification once your package has been dispatched.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for most lamp products.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused,

  • In its original packaging,

  • And in the same condition in which you received it.

Items that show signs of installation, modification, or damage not caused by shipping are not eligible for return.
